We apply minimal shipping charges for all orders below INR 799. However, to make your experience even better, we offer free shipping on all orders above INR 800, allowing you to enjoy additional value every time you shop with us. All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, ensuring complete clarity with no hidden costs. In some cases, nominal shipping charges may still apply depending on the product weight or delivery location.

We strive to deliver your orders within 4–5 business days from the date of purchase. Our logistics partners work diligently to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. However, delivery times may vary based on factors such as the shipping method, local conditions, or operational constraints. Please note that ground deliveries generally take a little longer compared to air courier services, especially for bulk or heavy products.

For customers living in remote towns, villages, or geographically challenging areas, the delivery timeline may extend to 7–10 business days, or sometimes longer. These delays are usually dependent on regional accessibility and transportation limitations. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Our warehouse team processes all orders from Monday to Saturday. We do not ship or deliver on public holidays, national holidays, or bank holidays, as courier services remain unavailable during these times. Any orders placed on such days will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and a link via email or SMS to help you monitor your shipment in real time. This ensures that you stay informed at every stage of the delivery process.

In case you wish to modify your delivery address after placing an order, we request you to contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order has left our warehouse, we unfortunately cannot reroute or redirect it to a new address due to courier limitations.
