Our Cancellation and Refunds Policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience for all our customers. Please read the terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

We take utmost care while packing and shipping every order. However, in the rare event that a product is delivered in a faulty, damaged, or expired condition, we offer a refund or replacement, subject to the terms below. Refunds or replacements are applicable only for products purchased directly from our official website and not from third-party platforms or resellers.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the buyer must contact us within 1 day of receiving the product. Any request beyond this timeframe will not be accepted, as we require immediate notification to assess transit damages or quality concerns accurately. The buyer should email us at with clear details of the issue, along with supporting images or videos of the damaged/expired product and packaging.

Returns and refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product has been damaged during transit.
  • The product received is expired at the time of delivery.

For the return to be considered valid, the buyer must ensure that the product is sent back in its original condition, including all labels, packaging, and accessories. Products that have been used, tampered with, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly. Please note that no refund or replacement will be initiated unless the damaged or faulty product has been physically returned to us in the required condition. Along with the returned product, the buyer must include the proof of purchase or order details for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on our website cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully processed through the payment gateway. Our system immediately begins processing and packing, making it difficult to stop or alter the order.
A buyer is not eligible for a refund under the following situations:

  • The buyer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • The buyer refuses to accept the package at the time of delivery for any reason.
  • The buyer is unavailable at the specified delivery location during multiple delivery attempts.

In such cases, the order will be marked as "Undelivered," and no refund will be provided.

Refund Timeline

If a buyer qualifies for a refund based on the conditions mentioned above, the eligible amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 4–5 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
